A mobile application developed to let players design a baseball jersey for Helmutt, the Worcester Art Museum’s mascot! Mix and match styles, colors, type faces, and other design elements to create one-of-a-kind jerseys.
By designing the jersey, players will learn about the kinds of decisions that go into designing a baseball uniform—or a work of fashion. How would you want your team uniform to look? How would you want Helmutt to stand out on the
baseball field? How would you design a jersey to wear everyday—or on the high fashion runway?
This design-your-own jersey app was created by a group of IDeaS fellows to complement the Worcester Art Museum exhibition, “The Iconic Jersey: Baseball x Fashion,” from June 12 – September 12, 2021.
